Statutory Procedure

The Grievance Redress Protocol

Every case follows a four-stage independent remediation lifecycle.

Stage 01

Secure Intake and Unique ID

The case is logged into a tamper-evident record. An encrypted tracking identifier is produced so the reporter can follow progress without revealing identity.

Stage 02

Safeguarding Review

Independent triage by the safeguarding contact to isolate conflicts of interest and escalate immediate safety matters without delay.

Stage 03

Investigation and Hearing

Fact-finding interviews, evidence verification, and confidential fair enquiries conducted according to natural justice.

Stage 04

Rectification and Action

Enforcement of disciplinary measures, restorative settlements, statutory authority reporting, or institutional workflow reform, followed by formal case closure.
